Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Workforce Planning and Optimisation Manager to lead staffing strategies across our 60+ care homes in England. You will deploy data-driven insights to ensure the right colleagues with the right skills are available, at the right time, to support exceptional care and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment to drive performance improvements and sustainable workforce planning, while managing budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in turning data into actionable insights.
• Experience across workforce planning and staffing optimization.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce optimisation across care homes and central services.
• Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities with actionable plans.
• Develop staffing models aligned with regulatory and organizational priorities.
• Drive efficiency, reduce reliance on temporary staffing and improve forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR and Recruitment for a joined-up approach.
