Job summary

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an interim senior leader to provide strategic leadership for workforce planning, analytics and HR systems. You will set the long-term vision, ensuring the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time to support high-quality patient care across the region.

You will lead development of workforce plans, oversee reporting and KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions at executive level while supporting service

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, analytics or HR systems.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insight and influence at senior levels.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic, operational and long-term workforce plans.
• Oversee workforce reporting and KPIs across the Trust.
• Drive innovation and optimisation across workforce systems including ESR.
• Support service transformation and workforce redesign to contribute to financial sustainability.
