Job summary

Invitise Ltd in Wiltshire is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to own the development, maintenance and annual publication of the organisation's Strategic Workforce Plan. You will build supply and demand forecasts, run scenario planning and workforce modelling, and lead the people analytics capability turning data into evidence-based recommendations.

You'll coordinate workforce governance forums, present recommendations to Executive-level stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Experience leading Strategic Workforce Planning in a complex organisation.
Proven ability to build supply and demand models and forecasts.
Strong governance and stakeholder management, able to present to executives.
Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
