Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Workforce Management Lead to shape how we plan, deploy and optimise our workforce across Retail Operations. You will drive forecasting, scheduling and productivity initiatives to ensure the right colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

You will collaborate with Retail Ops, Finance, People, Digital Ops and Operational Excellence, delivering data-led insights through dashboards and reports, using Excel and Power BI to inform decisions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Management or similar field.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling and resource planning in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Proven track record of productivity or efficiency gains.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and labour productivity initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models aligned to demand and trading patterns.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Establish scheduling principles balancing customer needs and experience.
• Optimise WFM technology like Rotageek and future solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports translating data into actions.
