Job summary

Omnicom Media in London is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee onboarding, management and offboarding of permanent employees, fixed-term contractors and freelancers, collaborating with Finance, HR and Leadership.

This role requires strong organisational skills, experience with onboarding, contract administration and workforce reporting; you'll maintain trackers and support resource planning, contributing to efficiency and a first-class joiner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management or operations coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with onboarding, contract administration, invoicing or operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for freelancers and fixed-term contractors from offer to day one.
• Coordinate contract administration, approvals, invoicing, extensions and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate workforce trackers and provide visibility through reporting.
• Partner with Finance, HR and IT to support hiring activity and workforce planning.
• Support resource management to meet client and business needs.
• Support resourcing for Events & Live Experiences team with the Director, Workforce & Operations.
• Enhance resourcing dashboards and reporting to identify trends and improvements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and insights reporting.
