Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director in Value Creation Advisory to lead client work and manage projects from inception to delivery. You will analyse complex information, design operating models, and drive value creation initiatives that maximise EBITDA for clients, including carve-outs and integrations.

You will lead teams, build relationships with Directors and Partners, and contribute to sales opportunities while supporting junior colleagues. UK/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in advisory or professional services.
• Strong written reports, Excel analyses and presentations.
• Excellent English communication tailored to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage small teams and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client work for various project sizes and meetings.
• Analyze large data sets, identify key issues, and deliver insights.
• Prepare sales proposals and support wider business development.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support team development.
• Support Directors/Partners with run-off and internal initiatives.
• Travel in the UK and internationally as required.
