Last Mile Asset Management is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Hamilton/Glasgow team. You will build and maintain relationships with customers to support the adoption of gas, electricity, water and wastewater assets, including smart metering, across the multi-utility portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Customer Service experience, dealing with external customers.
• Experience working in sales and/or account management.
• Strong IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of customers to support the adoption of gas, electricity, water and wastewater assets, including smart metering and other opportunities
• Prepare competitive asset value quotations within agreed commercial parameters using relevant design tools and financial models
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor enquiries, quotations and acceptances, ensuring sales targets and adoption KPIs are achieved
• Use account performance data to track progress through the asset adoption process, identify issues early and drive continuous improvement
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales and account management lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to completion
