Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior Business Development, Commercial or Sales leadership position.
Strong background in utilities, infrastructure, construction or related technical sector.
Experience leading a team of Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a strategic business development plan across the Southeast and East Midlands.
Identify market trends and high-value commercial opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and partners.
Manage major project accounts and support high-value opportunities.
Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Support bids and tenders with design, engineering and delivery teams.
Drive continuous improvement of BD processes.
Represent the business at client meetings and industry events.
