Last Mile Infrastructure Group is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Hamilton/Glasgow area to drive customer relationships and adoption across gas, electricity, water and wastewater assets, including smart metering. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and identify opportunities to retain and grow value.

The role offers hybrid working, discretionary bonus and a range of benefits as part of a growing utilities business in the UK.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience dealing with external customers.
• Experience working in sales and/or account management.
• Strong IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of customers to support the adoption of gas, electricity, water and wastewater assets, including smart metering and other opportunities.
• Prepare competitive asset value quotations within agreed commercial parameters using relevant design tools and financial models.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor enquiries, quotations and acceptances, ensuring sales targets and adoption KPIs are achieved.
• Use account performance data to track progress through the asset adoption process, identify issues early and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales and account management lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to completion.
