Qualifications

• Previous Transport operations experience with tactical planning responsibilities is essential.
• Previous experience in a Freight planning-based role is desirable.
• Knowledge of DHL systems specifically OTM & Paragon would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily Transport plans ensuring optimal solutions.
• Data Analysis to forecast future and retrospective volumes.
• Managing external carrier and agency requirements.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate operational challenges and provide solutions.
• Ensure all planning is executed within customer service levels.
