Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across our Demand to Delivery function. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma and automation initiatives, shaping how we work through SAP enhancements and capability development across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern at our Warrington site, a salary in the £55,000–£65,000 range DOE, and an annual bonus with a company car or car

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation/continuous improvement.
• Strong project management and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence projects.
• Support SAP improvement and digital transformation programmes.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Build continuous improvement capability through coaching and development.
• Deliver sustainable improvements in performance, service and efficiency.
