Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across our Demand to Delivery function. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma and automation initiatives, shaping how we work through SAP enhancements and capability development across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern at our Warrington site, a salary in the £55,000–£65,000 range DOE, and an annual bonus with a company car or car

• Strong project management and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

As our Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead, you’ll deliver the transformation agenda across our Demand to Delivery function, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and business change that delivers measurable results. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning, you’ll shape the future of how we work through process improvement, SAP enhancements, automation and capability development.

• Salary c£55,000 - £65,000 DOE
• Annual bonus
• Company car or car allowance
• Hybrid working, with 60% office attendance at our Warrington (WA3 6XG) site
• Flexible start and finish times
• Core working hours of 09:30 - 16:00
• Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing operational excellence, transformation or continuous improvement programmes
• Excellent project, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies
• SAP or ERP system experience
• A passion for initiating change and delivering results
• Full, valid driving licence that permits driving in the UK, and willingness to travel to distribution centres, third-party providers and other business locations as required
