Job summary
Haier Europe is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across our Demand to Delivery function, delivering measurable improvements. Based at Warrington with hybrid working, you’ll lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, SAP enhancements and automation projects while developing capability across teams.

Qualifications
- Experience leading transformation or continuous improvement programmes.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Willingness to travel to distribution centres and other locations.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence projects.
- Supporting SAP improvement and digital transformation programmes.
- Identifying automation and AI opportunities.
- Building continuous improvement capability through coaching and development.
- Delivering sustainable improvements in performance, service and efficiency.
