Job summary
Haier Smart Home UK&I Ltd is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across the Demand to Delivery function. You’ll lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable performance improvements and change across SAP-enabled processes.

Qualifications
- Experience managing operational excellence, transformation or continuous improvement programmes.
- Excellent project, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodologies.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- A passion for initiating change and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Driving Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence projects.
- Supporting SAP improvement and digital transformation programmes.
- Identifying automation and AI opportunities.
- Building continuous improvement capability through coaching and development.
