Job summary

Haier-Europe is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across Demand to Delivery. You will lead strategic initiatives, deliver Lean Six Sigma projects, support SAP improvements and automation, and build capability through coaching.

The role requires stakeholder management across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning, with a hybrid working pattern at Warrington.

Working closely with leaders across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning, you'll shape the future of how we work through process improvement, SAP enhancements, automation and capability development.Salary c£55,000 - £65,000 DOEAnnual bonusCompany car or car allowanceHybrid working, with 60% office attendance at our Warrington (WA3 6XG) siteFlexible start and finish timesCore working hours of 09:30 - 16:00Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
