Job summary

Haier Europe invites applications for a Lead Demand Planner to drive the S&OP process across the UK and Ireland, based at our Birchwood Park office with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home). You will manage the demand signal, support inventory strategy and improve product availability across regions.

The role requires FMCG/consumer electronics experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durables.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify risks and take appropriate actions based on analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the demand signal sent to central planning across UK & Ireland.
• Support inventory strategy and improve availability at customer and RDC levels.
• Collaborate with and support the Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager and team.
