Job summary

Haier Smart Home UK&I Ltd is seeking an Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead to drive the transformation agenda across the Demand to Delivery function. You’ll lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable performance improvements and change across SAP-enabled processes.

Be part of what’s next. As our Operational Excellence and Transformation Lead, you’ll deliver the transformation agenda across our Demand to Delivery function, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and business change that delivers measurable results. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Logistics, Transport and Demand Planning, you’ll shape the future of how we work through process improvement, SAP enhancements, automation and capability development.

Salary c£55,000 - £65,000 DOE. Annual bonus. Company car or car allowance. Hybrid working, with 60% office attendance at our Warrington (WA3 6XG) site. Flexible start and finish times. Core working hours of 09:30 - 16:00. Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.
