Job summary

National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) is seeking an experienced Business & Digital Transformation Manager to join our Transformation office. You’ll shape and drive digital and technology activity across NGED’s transformation programmes, providing senior leaders with clear progress, milestones and risks to enable informed decisions.

Based on a hybrid model with travel to NGED locations 2–3 times per week, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, IT & Digital teams and business

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation with strong IT&D components, including developing roadmaps and complex programme management.
• Ability to structure work and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of driving delivery and removing impediments.

Responsibilities

• Drive progress and ensure visibility of IT&D deliverables in Transformation Programme.
• Ensure digital prioritisation aligns with Transformation programmes and NGED goals.
• Maintain transformation roadmaps and manage dependencies and risks with mitigation plans.
