National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) is seeking an experienced Business & Digital Transformation Manager to join the new Transformation Office. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will shape and drive digital activity across NGED’s transformation programmes and broader priorities, delivering at pace with senior stakeholders across IT & Digital teams.

- Experience in business transformation with IT&D components and roadmaps.
- Ability to structure and lead complex programmes across stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical and risk management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Drive progress visibility of IT&D deliverables within Transformation Programme.
- Ensure digital priorities align with transformation and business objectives.
- Maintain transformation roadmaps and dependency tracking.
- Define measures, targets and KPIs for benefits realisation.
- Support agile delivery adoption and product ownership strategy.
