Job summary
National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) is seeking an experienced Business & Digital Transformation Manager to join the new Transformation Office. You will shape and drive digital and technology activity across NGED’s transformation programmes, providing senior leaders with clear progress insights and governance.
The role offers hybrid working with site flexibility across NGED locations and regular travel.
Qualifications
- Experience in business transformation with IT&D components, roadmaps and benefits cases.
- Ability to take ownership and drive delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects/programmes with clear risk tracking.
Responsibilities
- Drive progress and provide visibility of IT&D deliverables within Transformation Programme.
- Ensure digital prioritisation aligns with transformation and NGED objectives.
- Maintain transformation roadmaps and dependency tracking with mitigation plans.
- Define measures, targets and KPIs for benefits realisation.
- Support agile delivery adoption and product ownership alignment with KPIs.
