Job summary
National Grid Electricity Distribution is seeking an experienced Business & Digital Transformation Manager to join the Transformation Office. You will shape digital activity, provide senior‑level insights, and drive governance across NGED programmes to deliver outcomes.
Based across sites with hybrid working, you’ll collaborate with business leaders and IT&D teams to align priorities, manage risks and deliver at pace while enabling informed decisions for the ED3 period.
Qualifications
- Experience in business transformation with IT&D components and roadmaps.
- Ability to define benefits cases and manage complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and delivery ownership.
Responsibilities
- Drive progress with business areas and IT&D to ensure visibility in the Transformation Programme.
- Ensure digital priorities align with transformation and business outcomes.
- Maintain transformation roadmaps and manage dependencies and risks.
- Develop KPIs to enable benefits realisation and outcome reporting.
- Work with senior stakeholders to align digital activity with business objectives.
- Support agile delivery practices and product ownership strategies.
- Provide clear, data-driven performance reporting to executives.
