Job summary

WSP is seeking a Transformation professional to lead and shape large-scale change initiatives across infrastructure and related sectors. You will structure complex problems, analyse data, and deliver actionable recommendations while engaging senior stakeholders and guiding delivery teams.

Joining the Transformation and Digital Insights group, you will help grow advisory capabilities, support client engagements, and contribute to sustainable project outcomes across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within large transformation programmes.
• Ability to structure complex problems and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders and executive-level reports.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading development of transformation strategies, operating models and business process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives, including engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure complex client problems and synthesize findings for practical recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Develop high-quality client-facing outputs like reports and presentations.
• Lead and coach delivery teams and contribute to capability growth.
• Support business development and thought leadership within the Transformation practice.
