Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a transformation consultant to drive change across infrastructure, transport, energy, utilities and the built environment. You will lead workstreams, structure complex problems, and deliver practical recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Joining the Transformation and Digital Insights team, you will collaborate with colleagues across offices, guiding project delivery, shaping outcomes and supporting the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and structure complex challenges.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation workstreams, advisory engagements or delivery efforts.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure client problems, synthesise findings and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and shape decisions.
• Develop high-quality client-facing outputs (reports, presentations, recommendations).
• Lead and coach delivery teams and contribute to business development.
