Job summary

WSP is seeking a Transformation consultant to lead complex transformation programmes across infrastructure, transport, energy and utilities. You will structure problems, analyse information, and deliver practical recommendations to senior clients.

You will join the Transformation and Digital Insights team with hubs in London, Manchester and Birmingham, contributing to market-leading advisory work. Hybrid working and clear career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within transformation programmes.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and structure complex challenges.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in large organisations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and executive-level writing skills.
• Experience leading teams and fostering high-performing collaboration.
• Commercial awareness, including proposals, BD or account-growth exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transformation strategies and operating models translating challenges into solutions.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure client problems, analyse findings and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Develop high-quality client outputs including reports and presentations.
• Lead and coach delivery teams and contribute to practice growth through BD.
• Support growth of the Transformation practice through proposals and thought leadership.
