Job summary

WSP is seeking a transformation consultant to lead and shape change initiatives for major clients in the UK. You will craft transformation strategies, operating models and actionable recommendations while guiding delivery teams through complex programmes with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading advisory engagements or project delivery within transformation programmes.
• Ability to structure complex challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams and contributing to business development or growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transformation strategies, operating models and process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives, with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure client problems, analyse information, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Produce high-quality client-facing outputs (reports, presentations, recommendations).
• Lead and support delivery teams, including coaching responsibilities.
