Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior / Principal Consultant to lead transformation advisory work across the UK, guiding clients through large-scale change initiatives from strategy to execution. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes, deliver actionable recommendations, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workstreams or advisory engagements within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills to structure challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders in large organisations.
• Excellent communication and executive-level written communication, storytelling and presentations.
• Experience leading teams and managing delivery with coaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation strategies, operating models, and business process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation programmes with change management activities.
• Structure client problems, analyse information, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shape strategic decisions.
• Deliver high-quality client outputs including reports and presentations.
