Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a transformation professional to steer advisory engagements and delivery across large-scale programmes. You will shape change initiatives, design operating models and deliver practical recommendations for senior client stakeholders.

Joining the Transformation and Digital Insights team, you will help drive growth, mentor delivery teams and craft clear client outputs while working across diverse sectors including infrastructure and energy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyse information from multiple sources.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders within large organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level written communication.
• Experience leading others, managing teams and creating high-performing environments.
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting project commercials, proposals or growth activities.
• Genuine interest in infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy or the built environment and the role of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transformation strategies, operating models and business process improvements translating challenges into actionable solutions.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure complex client problems, analyse data, synthesize findings and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Develop high-quality client-facing outputs including reports and presentations.
• Lead and support delivery teams including coaching responsibilities.
• Contribute to growth of Transformation practice through business development and proposals.
