Job summary

WSP is seeking a Transformation and Digital Insights consultant to lead large-scale transformation programmes, shape operating models, and deliver practical recommendations to senior clients. You will structure complex problems, guide delivery, and manage multi-stakeholder relationships across the UK.

You will develop high-quality client outputs and drive business development while contributing to the growth of the Transformation practice, with a hybrid working model across London, Manchester,

Qualifications

• Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within complex transformation programmes, taking responsibility for delivery, stakeholder management and outcomes.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse information from multiple sources, structure complex challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders within large and complex organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation, storytelling and executive-level written communication.
• Experience leading others, managing teams and creating high-performing collaborative working environments.
• Commercial awareness, including experience supporting project commercials, business development, proposals or account growth activities.
• A genuine interest in infrastructure, transport, utilities or the wider built environment, and the role transformation can play in shaping these sectors.
• Relevant professional qualifications are welcomed, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong consulting, transformation or organisational change experience through their career.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of transformation strategies, operating models, organisational designs and business process improvements that translate complex organisational challenges into practical and actionable solutions.
• Planning and delivering large-scale transformation and change initiatives, including communication, engagement and adoption activities.
• Structuring complex client problems, undertaking analysis, synthesising findings and developing evidence-based recommendations.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, shaping decisions and driving alignment around strategic outcomes.
• Developing high-quality client-facing outputs including reports, presentations and recommendations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Leading and supporting delivery teams, including line management and coaching responsibilities.
• Contributing to the growth of the Transformation practice through business development, proposal support and thought leadership.
