Job summary

WSP is seeking a transformation consultant to join its UK Transformation and Digital Insights practice. You will steer clients through business change, shaping change initiatives, guiding delivery and ensuring sustainable outcomes across infrastructure, transport, energy and the built environment.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting fundamentals and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to structure complex challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in large organisations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and executive-level written skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transformation strategies, operating models and business process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure complex client problems, analyse information and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Develop high-quality client-facing outputs (reports, presentations, recommendations).
• Lead and coach delivery teams and contribute to team development.
• Support business development, proposals and thought leadership to grow the practice.
