Job summary

WSP is seeking a Transformation consultant to join the Transformation and Digital Insights team, focusing on modernising infrastructure, transport, energy and utilities. You will structure complex problems, analyse data and develop practical recommendations for senior stakeholders, guiding project delivery to successful outcomes.

Based in the UK, the role supports hybrid working across London, Manchester and Birmingham, offering a clear path for professional growth within a global engineering

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills with ability to analyse information from multiple sources.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level written communication.
• Experience leading workstreams, advisory engagements or project delivery within transformation programmes.
• Commercial awareness including support for proposals, bids or account growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of transformation strategies, operating models and business process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation and change initiatives with engagement activities.
• Structure complex client problems, analyse findings and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on outcomes.
• Produce high-quality client-facing outputs: reports, presentations and recommendations.
• Lead and support delivery teams with coaching responsibilities and growth opportunities.
