Responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio, conducting reviews, resolving issues, and delivering strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, fulfilment, logistics or supply chain processes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders from frontline users to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Increase product adoption by guiding customers to leverage Descartes Peoplevox capabilities.
• Conduct regular business reviews aligning objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS through proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve escalations while sustaining executive relationships.
• Develop expertise in ecommerce operations and provide strategic recommendations.
