  3. Improve customer logistics operations: Use data modelling, solution configuration, and process analysis to identify opportunities for improved routing, scheduling, productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  4. Drive successful adoption: Train and coach customer users so they understand the solution, can apply it effectively in day-to-day operations, and are equipped to sustain adoption after implementation.
  5. Build robust customer solutions: Configure and test applications across client-server, web, and mobile environments, supporting integrations and technical environments as required to deliver reliable, business-critical solutions.
  6. Shape solutions around customer and industry needs: Develop customer- and industry-specific demonstrations, including application and user-interface configuration and data modelling, and identify product enhancements required to support successful customer outcomes.
  7. Provide trusted technical and application expertise: Act as a knowledgeable partner to customers and an internal subject‑matter resource for Sales, Pre‑Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations.
  8. Manage multiple customer commitments effectively: Balance concurrent implementation projects, customer expectations, technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
