Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Operational Account Manager to manage a strategic global technology customer account, ensuring service delivery excellence and identifying new business opportunities across Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding.

You will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, coordinate with operations, IT, and commercial teams, and drive improvements with Lean/Six Sigma to support account growth and onboarding of new solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships within a key account or operational account management environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the Account Management team, supporting delivery and growth of a strategic global technology customer account.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the primary operational contact for service delivery, escalations, and changes.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT and commercial teams to ensure commitments are delivered efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to expand services through upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and customer scorecards for monthly, quarterly, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence.
