• Experience in recruitment consultancy or in-house recruitment.
• Able to link recruitment activity to business needs.
• Self-driven with initiative to manage workload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to balance deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Understand current and future workforce needs and turn them into recruitment plans.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead cost-effective recruitment within approved budgets.
• Advise on role design, market conditions, sourcing strategies and attraction.
• Deliver targeted campaigns via digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
• Source and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Keep candidates informed with clear, timely communication.
• Conduct structured interviews by phone, Teams or in person.
• Record recruitment activity accurately in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR and the wider organisation to strengthen employer brand.
• Organise recruitment events and keep hiring approach market-aligned.
• Guide managers through interview and offer stages with confidence.
