• Experience in financial or professional services recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines while maintaining pace and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing across multiple roles and hiring areas.
• Stakeholder partnership with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Candidate management end to end across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Agency management including selecting and briefing agencies.
• Team engagement and collaboration across Talent Acquisition.
