SF Partners in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own and evolve an internal recruitment function. This hybrid Nottingham-based role offers strategic direction and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, interrogate data, manage channels and spend, and partner with leaders to shape workforce planning and the candidate experience. A proactive, commercially-minded approach is essential.

Formación

• Strong in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to use data/MI to drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct an internal recruitment team.
• Review end-to-end recruitment operations for improvements.
• Move the function toward proactive, commercially focused Talent Acquisition.
• Interrogate recruitment data and translate insight into action.
• Review channels and spend for return on investment.
• Improve and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Build credibility with operational leaders and hiring managers.
• Challenge vacancies, workforce requirements and recruitment decisions.
• Support workforce planning and future hiring requirements.
• Remain hands-on with delivery across central and senior roles.
• Ensure activity operates compliantly within a regulated environment.
• Identify problems, implement improvements and own solutions.
