Job summary

MHR is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring, shaping attraction strategies and building strong pipelines. You will partner with senior managers to guide interviews, offers, and workforce planning, while collaborating across HR to enhance our employer brand and recruitment processes.

You will bring creativity and commercial thinking to sourcing, using social platforms and proactive talent pools to meet current and future hiring needs. Autonomy and initiative are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment consultancy or in-house recruitment is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness and ability to align recruitment activity with business needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment journey for your area, designing attraction strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and coordinate interviews and offers with managers.
• Collaborate with HR and the wider organisation to strengthen employer branding.
• Provide data-driven insights to measure and improve hiring strategies.
• Advise on role design, market conditions and sourcing approaches.
