Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the UK and Europe. You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to onboarding and build pipelines for critical roles.

You will partner with HR, Marketing and business leaders to strengthen our employer brand, improve candidate experience and align recruitment with strategic objectives across multiple countries and functions. This role rewards proactive relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of MS Windows and Office products.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles across UK and Europe.
• Develop attraction strategies and enhance candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices.
• Design and run recruitment programmes and employer branding across European markets.
• Monitor KPI reporting and provide insights to HR and senior management.
• Support DE&I initiatives and international hiring processes.
