Hourglass Cosmetics in London invites a proactive Talent Acquisition & People Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across UKI & EMEA, spanning Retail and Corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and enhance our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience across end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, retail or a fast-paced consumer industry preferred.
• Confident in partnering with and influencing hiring managers.
• Sound knowledge of compensation, benefits and market benchmarking.
• Exposure to broader HR activities such as employee relations or HR projects is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the London Office at least 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across UKI & EMEA for Retail and Corporate roles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and reduce agency reliance.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practice and interviewing techniques.
• Track recruitment activity and data-driven trends.
• Support employee relations, performance management and HR projects within the HR team.
