You will analyze pipelines, manage expectations to secure offers, and negotiate terms with clients while growing accounts by expanding searches into broader relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• Highly organised, compelling, smart and driven
• Commercially sharp and comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Able to engage with founders, Heads of Engineering, and VPs of Talent
• Credible with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Understands enough about engineering to be taken seriously
• Demonstrated excellence in current and previous roles
• Highly motivated to build an exceptional team

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end: briefing, delivery, feedback, and follow-up
• Scope roles, interrogate requirements, and challenge clients when appropriate
• Run the client-side hiring process with fast feedback and interview momentum
• Analyse pipelines and manage expectations so offers land
• Negotiate offers with clients
• Grow accounts by turning searches into broader relationships
• Deliver market insights, pipeline reporting, candidate assessments, and hiring advice
• Use Dex as a power user and provide feedback to the product team
