Job summary
Moxie People is seeking an Operations Director - Supported Living Director in Bristol to lead, shape and elevate our supported living services, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will own multi-site operations, ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support, and drive continuous improvement with direct reports including the Deputy Service Manager and Deployment Manager.
The role requires senior operational leadership experience in adult social care, strong stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Senior operational leadership in adult social care or supported living context.
- Deep understanding of safeguarding and tenancy/housing management.
- Experience engaging with commissioners and local authorities.
- Hands-on, visible leadership with a calm, decisive approach.
- Commitment to person-centred care and quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service quality, maintain risk registers, and lead safeguarding and incident reporting.
- Ensure care plans are outcome-focused and promote independence for service users.
- Drive workforce planning, rostering, supervision, and staff development across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with housing providers, authorities, and providers to manage tenancies and voids.
- Mobilize new schemes, drive improvements, and report KPIs to the Executive Team and Board.
