Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Supported Housing to provide strategic operational leadership across a portfolio of services. You will oversee housing management for adults with diverse needs, including homelessness, asylum seekers and mental health support.

The role ensures services are safe, compliant and high performing, delivering personalised, value-for-money outcomes for customers with a focus on safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing supported housing or related adult services.
• Strong safeguarding, housing law, welfare benefits knowledge.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.
• Drive performance against KPIs, standards and contractual requirements.
• Embed safeguarding culture, oversee incidents, complaints and risk.
• Manage relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service budgets and efficient resource deployment.
