Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Supported Housing to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of supported living and housing services. You will oversee specialist housing management and services for adults with diverse needs, including those experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.

This is a role focused on safe, compliant, high-performing services that deliver value and strong customer outcomes, across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing supported housing or related services.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and welfare benefits understanding.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in a multi-site environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective services.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.
• Drive performance against KPIs, regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
• Embed a safeguarding culture and oversee incidents, complaints and risk.
• Manage relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage service budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
