Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales or business development in construction products.
• Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Ability to build credibility with architects, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants and other specifiers.
• Identify and secure product specifications on commercial projects.
• Deliver CPDs, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Generate opportunities using market intelligence and CRM.
• Manage projects from early design through tender and appointment.
• Protect specifications and support successful project conversion.
• Maintain an accurate project pipeline and CRM records.
