• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects within technical or engineering categories.
• Strong negotiation, bid management, and contract development skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers in preparing technical bid packages and service-level commercial requirements.
• Create and manage technical and commercial RFPs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Conduct and support supplier and internal pre-bid meetings.
• Manage and respond to RFIs in collaboration with technical and legal teams.
• Perform technical and commercial bid evaluations and tabulations.
• Lead negotiations for both technical and commercial proposals.
• Partner with legal teams to support contract formulation (framework agreements).
• Oversee post-contract supplier follow-up to ensure performance and compliance.
