Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap.
• Design scalable ServiceNow landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance.
• Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and GenAI capabilities.
• Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, and enterprise apps.
• Ensure GDPR compliance, resilience, audit readiness, security, and regulatory adherence.
• Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards.
