Job summary

ServiceNow in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Architect to guide customers in building a scalable architecture on the ServiceNow Platform. You will lead technical engagements, define governance, and align data, integrations, and health metrics with long-term success.

In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, and partners to deliver trusted solutions, accelerate platform adoption, and shape the customer’s digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 12+ years progressive professional services experience or equivalent.
• Management consulting background.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to relay complex information to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Industry domain expertise in SaaS.
• Experience leading large programs in architecture and design.
• Cloud application technology experience.
• Right to work in the country you are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive, platform owner, enterprise architects and development teams through selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Be a technical expert across multiple engagements guiding customers, partners, and internal teams to successful solutions.
• Provide knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders to understand the ServiceNow digital transformation vision.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for complex goals.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard for digital transformation.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model and governance.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
• Contribute leading practices and mentoring.
