You will define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead.
• Deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform including architecture, configurations, scripting and integrations.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB and Service Portal/Employee Center.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture and governance for enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Drive scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Lead Strategy and digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver outcomes.
