Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent.
• Demonstrated management consulting experience.
• Experience leading large programs in architecture and design.
• Industry domain expertise and enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across executive levels during selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders at the customer site to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate business goals and outcomes into a customer roadmap and architectural blueprint.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
