Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Service Transition Lead to manage the controlled transition of new and changed services into live operation within a major technology transformation programme. The role ensures technical readiness, operational understanding and ownership by service teams, coordinating across identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, applications, infrastructure, networks and security.

You will establish entry/exit criteria, drive readiness actions, and align operational requirements

Qualifications

Requires proven experience coordinating service transition in large technology programmes.
Experience establishing operational acceptance criteria and ownership arrangements.
Ability to design and drive operational readiness activities across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Define the overall service-transition strategy and acceptance criteria.
Develop transition plans for pilots, waves, cutovers and handover to business-as-usual ops.
Coordinate service design and operational readiness across technical workstreams.
